To initiate a remote session, you must download and install the software, then provide me with a 9 digit code so I can log onto your computer. Remote services are by appointment only.

As long as you can connect to the internet, I can remotely access your system. For many services, there is no need for you to leave your home, or to wait for me to get there.

I will be on the phone with you throughout the remote appointment to help you initiate the session and make sure your issues are being addressed.
